It seems repaired. Nobody tells Doomguy 2000 because we don't want to see it used to host his stupid mods.

I've seen it fixed finally. But lucky for you the limit is 75MB for a total of 350MBs so the service is worthless for me anyways. On my website I can upload as many files up to 100MB each.

Yep, it's down. But I'm not surprised. If you went to the forum, or the newspage, you'd have known that DRDTeam was being transferred to MancuNET. The transfer was scheduled for this past weekend but apparently it's taking place now.
