I had simple drawings about a monster I called "Cannon-carrier" which basically was the beast from heretic (with some armors and helmet, perhaps some silver knee-pads) and a huge medieval cannon mounted on his back, with a long rope hanging from it, held by it's hand. This revenant really made me remember it, looks great. Perhaps with some minor touches (like armor here and there) could make this another new monster?

Haha. If you did the whole set, I would totally use it. Otherwise, consider the request still open. :(

It's just too bad that rail attacks don't seem to have height parameters, so the rail will come out of his crotch. XD

If anyone knows a way to set the height of a railgun attack, I would LOVE to know. Or if someone knows how to do a convincing but not server-killing railgun-ish imitation, that would be great.

EDIT: Could someone do a graphics set of a Templar from strife with an elongated gun barrel, like a sniper rifle?

Check out my Tesla Coil on the beastiery, although there is a side effect that this enemy will never be subject to infighting - why isn't there a height option for a rail attack?! Makes no sense not to have one

And by the way, the sprite was a joke :P

I know, and I would still use it. XD

I might be able to work with the Tesla Coil from this point. I'll see. Thing is, the Rail Revenant needs to be able to be targeted correctly. Hm. I'll poke around.

Would anyone have shoulder-mounted rocket launcher weapon sprites? Perferablly with firing and reloading animations but I can probally work those in myself.

IIRC, the "missileheight" property also sets the height of A_MonsterRail attacks. I don't know if it'll help with A_CustomRail (which has all the cool parameter stuff), though.

So yeah. You can keep the crotch laser (YES I KNOW RAILGUNS AREN'T REALLY LASERS), move it up to be a face laser, or move it over to be a hip laser, but I don't think you can have it be a shoulder laser.

...However, you COULD add a railgun to the Revenant's torso, and have him use a badass chest cannon (UNIBEAM!!1 OLOLOL). Or stick it in his mouth or strap it to his forehead or something.
No worries if you can't figure anything out, though... The pelvic thrust shot is fine by me.

I am now using a fast, invisible projectile that leaves little explosion sprites every tic. At its speed, that means it will only leave a few unless over a long distance. Looks kind of neat. There is also a slightly larger explosion when the shot hits something. It's not instantaneous, but that's okay.

EDIT: Yes, the request for a Rail Revenant and Sniper Templar are still out.

I request resources from Blood (and hopefully someone makes a accurate duplicate of the Blood enemies/weapons/etc as a resource wad not from ZBlood...)

I am looking for sounds that could be used for good Skull bouncing and a hand toss sound. Would anyone know where I could find these?

I'm not entirely sure about the skull thing, but would Commander Keen's casque hit sound work ? I have no ideas about how to rip that... (CK 4 or above)

I have the rocket launcher in Terminator Future Shock. Would it work for you ? (No reloading animation)

Well, if it doesn't look too different from the ones we have now, I could probally make a cheap reload animation.

Here it is, I hope it can be of use to you. It needs a rehanding but, I'm sure it can be done.

I don't have any of the Commander Keen games or any tools that could rip from them even if I did have them.

Could someone recolor these two Doom textures...

So they use the yellow color range that DVII uses for a lot of its yellow textures and flats, including this one?

My ability to recolor textures and stuff extends only to the Hue Map and Colorize functions in PSP5, which are not ideal for this kind of recolor. I think this might require a more manual recolor approach, or at least a graphic editing utility that is slightly more advanced than PSP5. :P
