Witchaven and Witchaven II have a lot of weapons that may be useful to you. Practically all the weapons in those games were melee weapons, but there's also a bow and arrow weapon, magic spell caster weapon, etc.

If you want, I can send you the weapon frames.

Would someone be willing to sprite me a "Flesh Imp?" or, "The rotting".

Basically, what I was thinking, is a grotesque looking imp that's mostly skinned alive, has a lot of organs exposed, and has pieces of rotting flesh/skin falling off of it, and tumor-like pus blisters and whatnot all over. Something that'll look something like this:

I want this for a rather disturbing event in a mod I'm currently working on.

Yes, that's pretty fucking sweet right there. :)

Make him a little more deformed, and give some ribbons of flesh hanging off of his arms, and perhaps a bubble of pus on one of it's shoulders/at the neck or something and that would really make a disgusting and scary-ass monster.

I like Blox's concept the most so far. Just something very menacing looking about it. As if it were wrought with a very wretched plague, and it's only just starting to warp the creature.

I would love to see a monster so vile it could give a necromorph a run for it's money.

I always liked the far-fetched idea of having a second set of sprites such as these for every enemy.

The idea being that after the Arch-Vile resurrects the monster, there's a visual indicator that it's baaaacckk ...

The trouble with Witchaven weapons, I find, is that they're all very widescreen-unfriendly. They also don't work well with Doom's weapon bobbing, but AFAIK ZDoom lets you mod that.
