[Question] Ripping Strife Conversation Code for Pwad Use?

Since Strife conversations are not included in both the doom and doom1 iwads (only doom2+ iwad), I wonder if it is a possibility to rip out the strife Conversation code so that it could be of independent use in (both doom, doom1, and doom2+ -related) pwads instead of iwads.

The USDC can decompile Strife's dialogue scripts.
