No, they can't.
Whatever weird file hosting system Doomworld's various hosted projects are on is crappy, because a lot of the links are broken--they'll take you to a download, sure, but it'll be something entirely different from what you wanted.
Also, I really dig the subdued green Nazi With Zombieman Head. Somebody finish that. (Although considering the SS's massive amounts of consistant blue, it shouldn't be too hard. Maybe I'll do it...) And of note--you colored part of the bottom half of his left leg grey like it's part of his boot, but it's part of his pants.
[Edit] Oh, yeah, this too:

True, the Doomguy is certainly a mutant (far too squat and, from the FP view, his eyes are in his chest). If you've ever imported sprites from a game where the enemies are of more normal proportions (I did with Dark Forces) and then scaled them to be the right height, they look very skinny and insubstancial compared to the Doomguy and his Zombie brothers.
I remember reading somewhere once that, originally in DOS resolutions, the screen was squished in horizontally slightly, and all the sprites were drawn to look good that way. So basically, every actor was designed to be slightly skinner and taller (and more resembling the Wolfenstein guys, who IIRC didn't have this problem) than their actual sprites show.
