@ Paul - here's the split animation:

Had to take a break from that Vore, so I've found an old Rocket Launcher and slightly touched it up. Maybe someone'll find it useful? (about time I've made a centered sprite, no?)
Back to Vore... phew.

Here is another pose for the Multi-armed Tzeentch Horror guy. I did this one with three arms instead of four.

It would be quite easy to do rotations for this version, because I actually found some pictures that show him from 8 different angles! But he would need a far different walk animation. In fact, his walking animation would need to be some kind of hop or something.

Maybe I could take the fourth arm off of the other one and use these as two separate frames for the same guy?

Can you have separate standing frames from walking frames in doom.. As in can you have separate frames in the spawn state from the see state?

It's pretty much up to you which frames you want to use for which state. You're the one specifying them in DECORATE, anyway.

Better to post 'em than dust 'em! Here's a bow that I was working on some time ago... As you can see, it's not widescreen friendly at all, so maybe some GFX magician will fix it up.

Here's the angle 2 version of this guy. I might be able to finish all his rotations for this frame in a couple days. If they get too annoying, I'll try to do just the front frames. I decided to try basing this one on dawn of war screenshot rips (but still colored from scratch) instead of the actual physical warhammer minis, because those aren't articulated and I've found usually tend to be in "Battle" poses that would be quite difficult to base a spriteset on.

How is it? Is the shading alright? I'm not sure how well it matches up with the first one, can somebody check up on that?

Outlines seem too strong. Compare with the demon, which has the same complexion.

Finished third rotation, and did a major overhaul with the shading. It is still a little messed up, but looks far better than what I originally did. He might be too bright though... I might darken him somewhat. Any advice on how I can make the brightness transition flow a little better?

Every additional frame I do seems to bring this guy to life even more... the third one in this group is actually legit scary.

That's a really nice freaky, disgusting and thereby scary looking enemy. I can't wait to give him both barrels of my SSG.
