The ooze isn't exactly perfect between the frames, but there's only so much time I'm willing to devote to that. Only 26 more frames to go.

Oh man, this is awesome. I can picture it programmed with DECORATE to actually drop little droplets of its ooze off as it shambles around.

Perhaps have a few of these come out of a set if transfer heights/3d floors blood pools

Actually, a forming animation would be pretty sweet. Think you might be able to pull it off, Globe?

Or, if you want to do it easier and with built-in splash effects, you could use the terrain lump to specify the parameters of liquid flats

There are terrain splashes on 3D floors too.

How it came out in the end (a SBARINFO friendly compilation):

Took what seems like two hours, judging by IRC.

Also:
Spoiler: You asked for it. :V

There, now can everybody get off his case about doing something by himself instead of editing somebody else's work?

... unless this is somebody else's work that I just don't recognize.

That was never the issue. Some people see it as "that's not right, here I fixed it all up for you". Blox could probably avoid most of that response by asking people before he posts up an edit of their graphics. :?

I'd make the empty orb areas a bit lot darker. Not much contrast there right now, and I can imagine some "at a glance" confusion.
