No, you see he is based off an enemy in hidden dangerous 2 (the SS). But he has his black coat off because you see him interrogating someone (and that only happens once as far as I know and its one of your contacts in that game). Anyway the first one is just one without his jacket and the second one doesn't have a jacket but is an interragator.

I knew when I posted him I should've said w/o coat.

oh yes, i do remember the cold as hell, but didn't played also seached it very often. but least i finally knew where it came from, i have more nothing to say.
