Started the angle 2 rotations. Still need to finish the last two here (sores and oozes), and get the other four.

Again , another ancient times resurrection. I'm trying to make an edited version of the monster that CaptainToenail posted on page 32

need to fix the legs on frame 2 and make it taller, and last 3 frames need tweaking...

How is this one so far?

Excellent!

I only ever finished a handful of frames and then never went back to it after the ZDoom64 drama. Really nice to see a full sheet. Good job!

Made 3&7 rotations for the imp with the chaos serpent lower half.

hmm, i think they are in the wrong order, but you get the idea. The transition between different elements is a bit too noticeable, and there are some problems with contrast in some frames, I'll have to see what I can do.

also:

In regards to my nurgle themed Mancubus, can someone help me do the right arm edit for the angle 2 and angle 8 firing (G-H-I) frames ? I can't do what I had been doing before (copying and altering the wendigo's arm, but that guy has no comparable angle), and I don't really know how to make an arm at that angle from scratch.

@Paul: By the way, I still have a sound pack I gave Toenail in case he finished that. Some nice, fitting sounds from Baldur's Gate 2 for it.

Sounds good, thanks. I'll probably finish his rotation 4&6, and 5 frames today, and do his attacking and pain states later on

Any ideas what kind of attack he could have that is not a copy of stock behavior (but also not overpowered and cheap, like a fair amount of the R667 beastiary)?

It has potential to be an ancient scary undead demon. What about an attack that spwans little creepy sighing minions-like projectiles? Something like the ones from the new soul harvester or the spirit imp, but with bigger and disturbing empty sockets without eyes. :B

Btw, I want to ask: i couldn't talk to DMPhobos yet. The sprite below are from his wad Doom of the Dead. Was it created for the wad, or is it from other wads (free-to-use)? Maybe with brow gloes?

Yes - the sprite is by Scuba Steve, and was posted on his Doomworld hosted site, the Bitch-Ass Weapons Emporium. According to that site, it was originally designed for Twilight Warrior, but never used.
