Compat. issue with Eternal Doom's MAP25

Tested with: 2.8pre-1745-g890233d

At the very beginning of MAP25 of Eternal Doom, there is a switch that builds some stairs to access some area. ZDoom implements an automatic compatibility for those stairs. The weird thing is that said compatibility setting/flag isn't actually applied/working, thus the stairs don't build as they're meant to. Although, enabling that compatibility setting from the Compatibility Options menu does work.

I thought maybe I was playing a different version of the WAD or the map in question, but no, I wasn't, since I checked the map's MD5 hash and it does match perfectly to the one referenced in compatibility.txt in zdoom.pk3 for that map.
