[Fixed] [r3710] ACS_NamedExecuteWithResult only respects 3 args

Despite the fact that ACS_ExecuteWithResult supports up to 4 args, ACS_NamedExecuteWithResult only seems to respect the first three.

Similarly, there is no NamedScriptWait and ACS_NamedExecuteWait counterparts to ScriptWait and ACS_ExecuteWait

There are multiple functions with the name ACS_NamedExecuteWithResult that all perform the same action but for different situations. Assuming you mean the action function version, fixed in r3741.
