Will there be a warp zone in 1-2 leading to world 4 and then a warp zone in 4-2 leading to world 8?

despite it has flat roof and dunno why, it's kinda reminds me of west mansion from splatterhouse series.

Re: DooM : The Golden Souls 2
Yeah, to me it doesn't feel very ghosty as well... mostly due to the flatness and the chosen color ambience. I'd suggest something more blue/purple with larger windows on it's front and a more complex roof (with the help of portals to make it easily work)
Re: DooM : The Golden Souls 2
That's because this ghost house is in world 2, so outside it's kinda desert themed

Okay, this makes sense Though, spicing up the exterior part to make it look more like SamVisions graphic would be awesome.

Re: DooM : The Golden Souls 2
i get the point about it, and it's not bad at all. dead trees and ground gives us creep pretty well. but the real problem is house's flat roof.
Re: DooM : The Golden Souls 2
Honestly If its going to be like paper mario's chapter 3 mansion then I'm all for a desert themed haunted house (Actually the chapter had a regular haunted house too lol)

the desert mansion wasn't very haunted-themed IMO. Bow's mansion fit the bill perfectly though.Toberone wrote:Honestly If its going to be like paper mario's chapter 3 mansion then I'm all for a desert themed haunted house (Actually the chapter had a regular haunted house too lol)
Re: DooM : The Golden Souls 2
I'm taking a different approach to the ghost house's style this time.
While GS1 ghost houses were Luigi Mansion inspired, this one will be Super Mario World inspired.
Every ghost house will have a different theme

New mocking frames for the Ghost Soul, more variety, yay!
Re: DooM : The Golden Souls 2
A lot of Old West buildings were very ugly and simplistic architecturally, so I think it fits very well. However, ghost houses in Mario typically carried an air of sophistication, like old manors that were left to rot, filling up over the years with wandering souls. So maybe if you added a very elegant facade to the front of the building you could fulfill both themes equally well.
