What is World War 2 Deathmatch.

Inspired by The multiplayer mode of Call of Duty and Medal of Honor and multiplayer based games like Counter Strike. World War II DM takes the typical DooM Deathmatch and gives it a more tactical feel with the various weapons from World War II. It replaces all the weapons with WWII weapons.

I like it, but some weapons just feel too similar to each other, may i suggest adding a little more animations to Colt, Luger and Nambu?

Also, would you allow me to make an "alternative" version, sort of like BD: SE, with my tweaks and changes?

I would like to see how this mod goes on, it's pretty good.

Will you add the Russian and British weapons and also the Sturmgewehr and BAR?

I'll try to do some rebalancing on the weapons to give them more of a difference, but really all the weapons have very subtle differences between them that can be showcased more in real DM.

Once the final version is released I'll allow modifications :)

I'll be adding an Extras pack for this soon, but i'll have to accumulate more weapons.
So far I have, an M7-Grenade Launcher, a Trenchgun, a Double barreled Shotgun and the MG-X2 (Chaingun).

I have a few resources you can use as a base for your weapons - LINK. CoD5 and Medal of Honor rips have a few weapons that you don't. Afte some editing, you can make them fit your style - I think that would be easier than making them from scratch. Also if you need a weapon, and know a game that has it - you can tell me and I'll see what I can do.

Thanks for the link :) Most of the weapons there have already been made Doom style by CaptainJ. I'll be adding those weapons in an Extra's pack. Thanks for the offer, if need some weapons I'll be sure to tell you.

Beta Version 2 Uploaded!

This version adds a new weapon type, The Assault Rifles,they use Rifle ammo, are slightly slower than the Sub Machine guns but does slightly more damage and are more accurate.

The Super Shotgun can now be replaced with the Browning Automatic Rifle (BAR), an STG-44 and The Rifles.

Nice update, are you planning on adding things like grenades or mines? that would be awesome.

I don't notice any problems in v3, keep it up. :)

No Promises, but once I get the physics right I might add some grenade weapons.

- Adds a new weapon, The stick Grenade to Slot 1. You can throw it far with the Primary fire, or just drop it down with AltFire.

Major Update

- Rebalanced All the weapons damage (no more 1d3 random damage).
- Bolt Action rifles now do More Damage.
- Heavy Machine Guns now have more recoil.
