I know exactly what it's a parody of but seeing that people who prefer pronouns other than those found in the gender binary and are dealing with quite serious things such as dysphoria among other things are being put at the butt end of the joke here it's really a problem. That being said, I can totally see how the person who coined the phrase "die cis scum" was being unreasonable (making a straight up explicit death wish) but please do not include that phrase out of ridicule. It's insulting.

And yes, this is entirely parodic. I personally don't know anyone who would say "die cis scum", but I've seen plenty of people using it in the most hilariously wrong way possible. (read: against non-cis people. Because people likes to shoot first and ask questions after.)
Let's face it, it's more of a rude meme than a social statement. It carries no more weight than just saying "die in a fire".

And besides, it's a demon, like, from hell. You can't understand its struggle against space marines no matter what gender or subrace of human you are. Impse and mass murders happen when you least expect them. That's why you can't win the argument against it. (and why the obituary is player-gender aware)
