I have improved the mouth, and changed up the way it runs; making it swing it arms instead of holding in place. I think this will look better when they are charging at the player.

Probably wanna add some torso movement as well. That's looking a bit stiff.

The gif is too small to see, but the head bobs up and down as well.

Arms and legs are pretty needs more bending, But i cannot deny that it went better now.

The the skin on the top of the head needs to not look so transparent.

Will you be doing separate models based on the weapons they carry?

If so, it would be ideal to use the orange ape suit for the flamethrower synths.

First i will create the "generic" version, and i could possibly distinguish them from one another based on their uniform as well.

Kontra, its good you're expanding the HD sprites but, now this is just me speaking, I would suggest completing one first before moving on to the next.

The suit you've done looks good but keep the scope a bit low. Too much expanding at this point might seem overwhelming.

I would suggest finishing the drone you have going on there before starting the others.

Just a suggestion based on opinion.

Agree with you on that one. Sometimes when we have too many ideas in our head we are just stalling and don't see the end of it. Doing stuff piece by piece is less overwhelming i think.

A simple pallet swap works too until you edit the gun. And I hope you fix the Drone's head, it looks kind of goofy with the transparent skin up there.

Good work so far. I would recommend the tail being a little more animated for that drone though.
