Looks cool! only thing though, if I remember right the screen shook a little bit when firing in the EDGE IC, it would be cool if that could make it's way into this one as well (it's been a while though so forgive me if I'm mistaken and that never happened)

Recoil. It did happen in EDGE, currenly I'm working on getting the main part of the mod in. Since rapid firing weapons and recoiling don't mix well. Might have to hack it with some quaking. I'll see what happens up the road. But thanks for the compliment! :mrgreen:

Thanks. If you ever decide to waste your time on another port. I recommend an 'older' version of EDGE and ICD-SE. Just imagine -that- for ZDoom with your favorite pack. :D

Currently however. Given that EDGE does have a few features that ZDoom doesn't, it's taking a while to fully add this in. I'm more or less hacking things in Doom. Which isn't a surprise.

i probably should sometime! i haven't really touched most of Cory's EDGE mods in the past, so starting now might not be such a bad idea.

They will! It takes a while for me to read the ICD-SE files and put them in ZDoom (as I also play the game for a little to see if it 'feels' right)

oh man, i remember played this with lizard commando's exterminator editon with a EDGE. among with original mod, this mod was great to play.

and glad to see it's back also still alive!

Twelve gods no. The only thing quaking is good for is migraines.

A_SetAngle and A_SetPitch. Perhaps ACS with SetAngle and SetPitch. They allow for much better recoil that can both look more realistic AND not cause horrible eye pain.
