Scout's been my fav class from the first time I played (although probably because pistol builds are my favourite in DoomRL) but I have a strong suspicion that, come the new release, I may convert to Renegade. Yes, that was one of the main points of the rewrite. You can carry two of any armor or boots you want, picking up a backpack allows you to carry 4. The armors give contextual information when you activate them based on whether or not you have an onyx or armor modpack, and whether or not that armor can use them.

also yeah, it was pretty demolishing to my brain keeping track of everything, but by the end it was all sorted out and I just had to copy paste a lot.
Now I gotta do boots, which will be soooo much easier it's hilarious.
