Well I certainly hope this version will be much easier than the last version. Mother of god, I couldn't even get past the first level without cheating on ultra violence.

Great to see it's still in the work! :D Amazing the few new Duke Nukem weapons I saw in that new video. Hoping to see Hargrove (Killing Time) part! :)

This looks kinda like what you'd get if you threw Aeons of Death, Brutal Doom, and Samsara into a blender, when in fact I'm pretty sure the old version of this came out before all three of those.

I totally agree. The last version was very very unbalanced. It was rushed. But I assure you this will be a whole lot better :)

I love the bloom, I feel it adds to the effects, the bloom will come with the game when I send it. Also the music is randomised, or you can hot key any album an change the track from the hot key during game play :)

The original ClassicRivalry was inspired by Aeons BUT without all the randomness of weapons and monsters not being what they truely are. But this certainly came out WAYYYY before Samsara. And this remake is a response to that 8-)

one thing I didn't like about AEons of War is the fact it appealed more to people who hadn't played the games the weapons and monsters were taken from because they just didn't act like they did in the original games. I remember seeing a shadow warrior monster make Diablo 2 sounds and fire Heretic projectiles.

What's the point of the 64 versions? Do we really need 2 exact copies of each weapon and item but with different graphics?

perhaps they could be upgrades of existing weapons. maybe the regular one will change to the other graphic and can shoot faster or have homing missile secondary fire. but i'm not too keen on coding so ive not sure how upgrades can come into effect
