Hi,
this is my first Post here, but I've visiting this board for years. I play Doom, Heretic and Hexen since they came out in the 90s, and played around with some tools like DCK 1.1 since the middle of the 90s. But I've never released something.
So this is my first mod for GZDoom Heretic. Originally a part of my "Course Of The Inner Sanctum" (COTIS) Map project, I decided to release it as a standalone Mod for using it with every vanilla Heretic Mod. The Idea was to create better effects for Heretic while keeping the original look. Why Heretic? Cause everyone has done it before for Doom and Hexen too, but not for Heretic. So I made it.

So here is the second Release of:
Heretic COTIS Visual Enhancement Mod
It has new Fire effects, GLdefs, and the biggest use of Brightmaps ever (I think...).
