hi

@TheMorden - thx for inspiration (actually I kinda started to like this old face) the problem with your model may be proportions which may make IMP looking a bit goofy - like Blox mentioned
if the head/body proportions are more humanoid it looks less goofy IMO:

such more humanoid proportions were used also by icytux in his previous composition.

@ Judge - this chest is absolutely astonishing - is it possible for me to use it (obiously indication authorship in readme file?

@interpolating/adding frames - It would be very easy for certain animations (death, pain etc and I actually have some extra frames for it, in case of walking its doable but after everthing else it done, as extra thing)

tried making it look abit more like original sprite, still needs work... also people keep making comments about proportion, but really, the imps head is pretty damn big in the actual game, i thought the point of this project was to make and HD WAD for doom, not to re envision it...

Hard to tell how far it "sticks out", I always thought that the imp should have had a semi-saurian head that had a long jaw extending far in front of him

i tried applying what you said to the sprite, hopefully you like it, if anyone has any suggestions, just tell me and il give them a try. im thinking of taking a stab at the pinky demon since i absolutly hate the current one, it just looks... gross?

Really good sprite I see there. You may consider making its head thinner, since it looks kinda big (although vertical proportions are good). You may also want to make the eyes brighter or bigger, since the original sprite has way big ones.

Don't worry, a brightmap will make it glow fine, keep the original sprite without glow, then make a brightmap, it looks awesome!
Anyway, nice work on the sprites so far guys, I'm amazed! That imp is awesome and very faithful, just the way I (and hopefully everyone else) like it!

The head feels a bit too smooth, at least, from the eyebrows and up.
