hi,
couldnt with till Ill finish all the sprites and put some unfininshed Baron into game!
I think difference is substantial (REMEBER BODY IS not optimized AT ALL, only HD head attached)

Looks good! That face definitely does look better in-game. May still need some tweaking, but it comes down to personal opinion I guess. With how little detail the Baron actually had in his face I figure everyone had their own idea of what it looked like.

Indeed, it barely worked for the Baron(I'd still suggest going back to the black small eyes tho). But what is typical for a demons eyes are no pupils. And based on the big non-pupil eyes of the sprite, I don't think it should have any. Or make it have more like a yellow very thin cats pupil.

^That looks AMAZING! Just my suggestion, but I think it'd be pretty spooky if you made the eyes a bit larger and gave it really, really tiny pupils. You know, something to give it that psychotic look in its eye.

Looks really good! The upper teeth look a bit out of place, though.

I think the Pinky should have the yellow shiny eyes the original sprites have. They're a defining characteristic of the Pinkies, imo.

I dunno, black holes for eyes are pretty disturbing.

If anything, you should smooth out the diagonal lines created by vector scaling. GIMP has a Point Blur tool for that.
Also, Enjay's yellow eyes are better IMO. However, a slight glow would also do.

Enjay's method is definitely the best. Although they all look good, wouldn't it be preferable to keep everything faithful to the originals?
I'm sure these will be fun to mod and everything once they're done (e.g. pinkies with black eye-sockets ) but for now, everything should be exactly the same, but "HD" (or whatever these will end up being).
