Haven't heard of that one. The files were last hosted here (download links are broken, unfortunately).

The comments at Doomworld suggest it was very incomplete.

Does anyone knows what is the name of a mod where there was a bulding, you get to the top them find a elevator who brings you to a new level. Each level you must find a key to reactive the elevator and get into a new level. And you keep going down .. was something like that.
