hey mr. green! cool mod! i made one for edge, and recolored the blood with xwe, and so if you'll credit me with the recolors, you can use these! they're all ready to go, and all you have to do is copy the code for the red blood and change the sprite names!
oh, and good luck and all that. id help you out with the coding, but zdoom scripting is too much work lol!
I'm enjoying your gore mod... yet, there are a couple issues I've found when using GZDoom 1.4.5 (r753):
1.When an enemy is hit by the Rocket Launcher, Plasma Rifle, and BFG9000, no gore effects are present.
2.When using "Sprites + Particles" option on blood in GZDoom, enemies with normal coloured gore, normal coloured particles are present; but enemies with coloured gore, no particles are present.
If these issues are fixed, your gore mod would be perfect!

Hm...i think the rl and the others aren't supposed to bleed the actor, but thanks anyway for the reports,i maybe fix them if i hav time
Projectiles don't cause the actors to bleed. (e.g.) So when a rocket hits a monster, they don't bleed.
So the only real problem you have is problem #2.
I've been using Nash's Gore Mod for a while, it had gore effects when an enemy is hit by a projectile; and when using "Sprites + Particles" setting for gore, there was no particles of any kind. Those were just some thing I noticed.
