I think that this is also the sound used by the blood drip.
Given that the startup screen can be changed in ZDoom, for the sake of tidiness, I suggest that a new "friendly name" be used for the sound (still associated with the blddrp1 lump by default) so that it can be changed on the startup screen without having to change the sound that the blood drip makes too. There is already the sound "StartupTick" for the normal notches so something like "StartupNetTick" would make sense. However, I'm not sure how well this suggestion sits with Hexen having its own SNDINFO lump. Are there any Hexen-specific sounds defined in the ZDOOM.PK3 SNDINFO already?
