Nitpick machine:
-While the imp's general structure is good, the proportions are off between the parts of the arm, his claws seem a bit too long and the hand seems to be in a weird/position rotation. He's a bit too slim at the waist. The jawline is very bad

-Imp's fireball looks more like an orb, I think it should illuminate his body more, too. The wound on the thigh looks be pasted on.
-Marine's right hand's thumb should be on the cocking handle instead of under - that's the way you hold a shotgun
-While the grass has it's pattern, it feels like grass, it's very pasted on - even flat planes(if it's supposed to be one) should have some shading

-The mountains look more like a lump of clay - they should be shaded differently - harsh edges are the thing that make the rocky look - try to make it more blocky looking and bring that through the shading - think of the mountain more like an construct of cubes mangled together for example
-The pitch blackness of the base in the background is totally out of place - it's inconsistent with the shading and overall light level of the rest of the scene
-The background in general looks like a cardboard cutout - there's not enough depth/layers, and nothing interesting perspective wise - adding more background stuff should be enough - first thing what comes to my mind, is painting another set of mountains in the back - you could paint them using the exactly same colours that the more foreground ones, and then pick a colour from the sky, and make a 50% (or other, experiment!) fill for a quick and quite good looking mist/air perspective
-The perspective suggest that the skull in the corner is a very big skull, not a skull close to the viewer/camera. At least it seems so to me, that it's in the same plane as the marine

-More uniform/themed colour scheme could really boost the atmosphere of the picture - right now, it seems it's coloured like a colouring book - the armour is supposed to be blue, so it's blue, the grass green so it's painted green - it seems you don't take into account things like the light in the scene, planet's atmosphere, time of the day etc. all of which are things which can shift colour a fair bit
-Hopefully the title is a placeholder - the text, and the box around is plain awful, sorry
Hope that's helpful and not assholish

cheers!
