I'd like to know what this business is. If they only hire liars then I won't be dealing with them. :P
They host a few web services for corporate clients, the largest being for payroll and financial data.

I had a whole conversation with my Dad about it which, boiled down, mostly went along the lines of:
Father: You're supposed to disguise your faults.
Me: Lie?
Father: No, no, no. Disguise. Make them sound more positive than they are.
Me: ... Lie?
Father: No. Like, if you often stay late because of scheduling problems, you talk about how you're a slower, careful worker who likes to make sure things are done right.
Me: Oh, right, the old "my biggest flaw is that I work too hard" trick. That's still lying. Just, creative lying.

My point still stands. They're not worth working for in the future. I'd rather be unemployed than deal with even more in-site strife, something I have had a complete lack of for the first time in forever. :P

What were the weaknesses that you revealed? Leaving aside the obviously bad ones ("I'm a massive thief!"; "I can't get through the day unless I've photocopied my genitals at least once"), some HR supervisors do look for certain personality types for certain jobs, and depending on what your weaknesses were it might've actually not made you a good match for the job.

I just snagged it on Amazon. Either that or eBay is your best bet, since the Steam versions don't include the soundtrack.

Just got my GTS 250 in the mail! I'm gonna pop it in and install the drivers!

EDIT: Works great! I'll have to get use to this. :) I now have, an official gaming PC. I owe a big thanks to Wildweasle, among some others I can't remember. I tried to find their names, but with no luck. Thanks for the support guys.

For Quake2 retail, you probably have a better chance finding the compilations than an individual Quake 2. You might eve have a better chance finding an oem bundle version than one too, I know it used to bundle with Maxtor DiamondMax hard drives during their most troubled days of trying to add value to their infamous failing line.

I snagged up extra copies of Q2 and both expansions for a couple bucks at a Goodwill, thrift stores are a great place to look.

After a lot of thinking, planning and discussion, we (as in, me and my assistant graphics artist) have decided that my GZDoom-based sandbox zombie apocalypse project will undergo a huge aesthetical shift.

It seems like I'm pulling a George Broussard here with these countless fundamental design decisions but I believe this is for the best if I want to see this game released in the shortest time possible, and also I believe it will be visually appealing on what the general public perceives to be a graphically outdated renderer...

I think it'll look good, I'm pretty excited with the idea and can't wait to release some screens, but a lot of conversion has to be done to the existing assets... a huge chunk of this can be automated, but there are some things that need to be redone fundamentally...

Hmm... I'd really like to see a Doom 64 shotgun that reloads like the Doom one; I definitely understand the work involved in that, and I wouldn't expect somebody to make one just for me, just an idea I had while playing CDoom.

How so (ie, how are the aesthetics changing)? Or do you want to play that close to the chest for the moment?
