When running 2.3.x on Wine under Linux i had to change vid_forceddraw to 1 or i'd get a messed up and slow screen.

I've been playing plutonia 2 and also noticed this, thought i was imagining it as i've not played zdoom in over 3 months and thought my skills had dropped or maybe it was a WINE problem on Linux, so glad to see someone else has had the problem, just posting here to confirm

Crazy as it sounds i decided to run a few doom ports in wine, the size of a fake wine /drive_c is smaller than all the build libs i'd need to install

Just for kicks i ran both gzdoom opengl and zdoom (had to use vid_forceddraw true) in WINE and i got the following ZDoom E1M1 around 70-80fps GZDoom E1M1 around 600fps which is around what i was getting on my old 2Ghz system. Specs are Linux Mandriva 2008.1 x86_64 Pentium Dual core E2180 (2Ghz) 4GB ...

Yeah i noticed a ton of HOM's when playing strife in vavoom much easier to see in a OpenGL port.

I've tried both 4.2.4 and 4.3.1, both with same results. the GCC is from the TDM site (just google TDM GCC)

Download the XBCD drivers for 360 controller, i'm able to use my controller fine in Zdoom. altho the lookspring could be added.

Audigy supports only 16bit/48khz and through p16 24bit/96khz but no 32bit formats.

i think my strife crash maybe related to this.
