When mouselook is disabled, the player shoots slightly higher than vanilla with pistol/chaingun at least. The best way to show this is to download THIS . Middle textures bleeding into ceilings and slopes
While playing Return of the Triad I noticed quite a number of instances where mid tex's would either bleed into the ceiling or into slopes. Boom Linetype 267 problem
When Things that can teleport on teleport linetype 267, they teleport above the destination line and fall to the floor.
This is demonstrated in BOOMEDIT.WAD lines 11 and 18. Maybe something to do with the scroll/carry floors ?

This related to team TNT's Eternall.wad.
Note the problem at map 25 sector 416. It is rendering at sector 140's floor level. Compare with choco-doom.

Problem with Boom linetype 166
Boom linetype 166 is S1 - Ceiling raise to highest ceiling. It is not a texture change type. ATM the affected sector is changing sector flat. See link for test wad. Note what happens to sector 2 when linedef 10 is activated.

The text file for this wad claims that zdoom 1.17 or later is required to run herian2. Since 1.17 is for DOS I downloaded version 1.22 for windows from the zdoom homepage and used it to test herian2 map30. Indeed, using zdoom 1.22 all the barrels did rise - ie sector 39 rose as expected. I guess you...

[r1887] Herian2 cannot finish map 30
Cannot finish the classic zdoom wad Herian2. Upon activation of the switch at line 606 map 30, sector 39 is supposed to rise to reveal the barrels, but does not, preventing completion of the level.

If a sector has the secret bitfield 128 AND a lighting type/effect the lighting effect does not work.
