ok, a door...THATS RIGHT!! A DOOR!!! KILLED MY ARMOR!!!

it is MAP07, MAP32: Gross, changed into MAP07

infos on what door:
you start in the start.....
exit the first door you see......
turn left go to the EXIT of the prison door.....
keep going until your in a HUGE area......
and go to the door that has the blue bricks around it....
THAT IS THE DOOR THAT KILLS MY ARMOR!!!!

thats EXACTLY what i was thinking, a door at, (0,0)

id say that the ARMOR should have a +NOGIB flag on it

For the next unofficial version I just don't crush any inventory item that has an owner. That should be enough.

Quick Question for Graf:

I'm kind of puzzled here. Wouldn't the door just keep trying to close as it would if the player or another monster were under it? Or do inventory items use the same "logic" as corpses?

Inventory items use the same logic as dropped ammo/weapons, i.e. if they get crushed by a closing door they disappear. I just added a check to the code that ensures that an item in a player's inventory does not get removed.
