[.63a & .96] Bug with switch rising out of floor

[.63a & .96] Bug with switch rising out of floor

In Virgil's Lead, one of the Master Levels for Doom 2,
in the most western room, when you walk from east to
west, a switch is supposed to rise out of the floor.
With ZDoom v.2.0.63a this doesn't happen. With ZDoom
v2.0.96 the switch rises higher than supposed to.
