Disregard that. I guess I remembered incorrectly. Build can do it, at any rate.

This is completely unrelated to vertical tiling by two, since they don't tile vertically here. Even vanilla Doom can tile non-power of 2 textures horizontally. The problem is probably from using negative offsets.

(Which it was.) Fixed in r3881.
